Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Robo Gurukul website, Robo Gurukul Studiodesktop application, learning content, academy services, and any related products or subscriptions (collectively, the "Services") offered by H5 Global Solutions Private Limited, operating the Robo Gurukul brand("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under supervision of a parent, guardian, or school that accepts these Terms on your behalf. Academy and school accounts must be managed by authorised staff of the institution.

• You may sign in with Google or use guest access where available.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Academy owners are responsible for student records and device registrations linked to their academy.

Robo Gurukul Studio offers a free Explorer plan and a paid Builder subscription at Rs 499 per month (billed monthly via Razorpay). Plan features and limits are shown in the app and on our website at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
• Free trials or promotional access may be offered at our discretion and can be modified or withdrawn.

Cancellations and refunds for software subscriptions are governed by our Cancellation and Refund policy. Physical kit delivery is covered under Shipping and Exchange.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us and Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges incurred.

Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until the account is brought current.

Where we sell robotics kits or hardware separately, delivery timelines, warranties, and returns for physical products are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Software subscription terms do not automatically apply to hardware purchases.

• Use the Services only for lawful learning and educational purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with our systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not share paid subscription access in a way that violates plan limits.

The Services, including software, curriculum, simulations, branding, and documentation, are owned by H5 Global Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and made available under the Robo Gurukul brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal or institutional learning as permitted by your plan.

Student projects and code you create remain yours, subject to any third-party open-source licences included in the tooling.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Simulations and learning content are for education; they do not guarantee real-world hardware outcomes, exam results, or employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, H5 Global Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
