1. Overview
This Shipping and Exchange Policy describes how H5 Global Solutions Private Limited, operating the Robo Gurukul brand("Company", "we", "us") delivers digital software and physical robotics kits. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund policy.
2. Digital software (Robo Gurukul Studio)
Robo Gurukul Studio and Builder subscriptions are delivered digitally. After payment confirmation:
- Download the desktop app from our official release channel.
- Sign in with the same Google account used at checkout so your Builder plan activates.
- Learning content updates may download automatically when you use Sync lessons in the app.
- No physical shipment applies to software-only purchases.
3. Robotics kits & physical products
When we sell robotics kits or hardware, delivery is arranged to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
- We ship within India unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice.
- Estimated dispatch is typically within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation; peak seasons may take longer.
- You will receive tracking details by SMS, email, or WhatsApp when the order is handed to the courier.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner; remote areas may need extra days.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions. Academy and bulk institutional orders may use separate freight terms agreed in writing.
5. Exchange policy
We do not offer open-ended exchanges. The following applies to physical kits:
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective unit, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
- Exchanges for change-of-mind are not offered once the kit has been opened or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- For approved replacements, we may ship the correct item after receiving the returned product or based on photo verification, at our discretion.
- Return shipping for non-defective change-of-mind requests is at the buyer's cost; see Cancellation and Refund for refund eligibility.
6. Damaged or missing items
If the outer packaging is damaged on delivery, note it with the courier when possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and contents. For missing components inside an otherwise intact shipment, report within 7 days with your order reference.
